Chest pain:

Chest pain may happen due to the following reasons and the symptoms are also given along with the cause of the chest pain.

Musculoskeletal pain: tenderness or pain may happen on the chest wall, severe cough, bruising or upset of the chest.

Asthma:

Cough becomes worse during night time, at dawn or just after the effort, it gives hardness of breathing, allergies and chest pain.

Pneumonia:

Chest pain happens along with continual cough, it may give fast and labored breathing , of course, fever, wheezing, fussiness, stomach pain, headache, chills vomiting and decreased appetite.

Swallowed object:

This may cause chest or throat pain, coughing, drooling and wheezing. You are advised to meet the doctor if the child struggles to breath.

Gastroesophageal reflux disarray:

There will be burning ache in the chest simply after eating, normally, subsequent to lying down, sour taste will be there in the mouth, vomiting, and sore throat will also happen.
